Development Program

The voluntary assistant/apprenticeship program at diPietro Todd Salon offers concentrated education in cutting and color. Classes are held every Monday to provide students with technical training and to allow them to practice their skills. All work and services are performed under the supervision of highly qualified educators in both color and cutting departments. Our salon is departmentalized so salon assistants/apprentices choose either cutting or color and receive the training in their chosen department.

After completion of the voluntary program, trainees may earn positions at diPietro Todd as a cutter or colorist. Our Development program gives assistants/apprentices the skill set they need to work as an expert in their chosen field.

Interview Process

This is a two-part process. The first meeting will be with Debi Alley (Director of Development) on Wednesdays or Thursdays and the second meeting is with Kim Todd (Owner) on a Monday.
