While the pandemic is showing signs of some relief and have moved into the orange tier at 50% capacity, we at diPietro Todd have decided to maintain the CDC guidelines for a little while longer to ensure your safety.

Health & Safety Checklist

On the day of your appointment, we ask that you reschedule if you have been in close contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has a confirmed case of Covid-19, or if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Sore throat
  • New loss of taste or smell

At this time, our cancellation policy is waived to ensure guest and employee safety. Guests may cancel through the mobile app or by calling.

What to expect during your visit:

  • Please come by yourself, as we cannot accommodate guests without scheduled services at this time.
  • Please check in on the customer app.  Your service provider will text you through the app when they are ready to welcome you.
  • If you do not have the app, please enter the salon at the start time of your appointment, as our waiting areas will be closed until further notice.
  • All guests must wear a face mask that is fitted behind the ears at all times. If you find yourself without a mask, we will be happy to provide you with a mask for purchase.
  • When you arrive, we will ask you to apply hand sanitizer and verify that you are not experiencing symptoms of Covid-19.
  • Our dressing rooms are closed until further notice.  We will provide all guests with a freshly laundered cape at the beginning of your service, but please take care to arrive in comfortable clothing that will not interfere with your services, i.e. no hoods or high/tight collars for hair services.
  • We ask that you leave unnecessary personal items at home or in your car.
  • Please note that we will provide a clean towel to place over your face while shampooing your hair, in accordance with State guidelines.
  • Guests may pay through the mobile app or with a credit or debit card in the salon.

    Color Finish Blow Drys –

    A client may want to book a full priced, full service blow dry with a stylist at the time of booking.

    On the day of their service, a client may want to book a “post color finish blow dry” with the desk when they come into the salon. This service is performed by  senior assistants and is done so based on availability. The price for this service is $35. It can not be booked in advance and does not include flat iron service.

    Please note for color services—-Your color service may require a little extra booking time for color correction if you’ve been coloring your hair at home so please let us know so we can book accordingly.  A facetime consultation ahead of time might be a good option for you if you are uncertain.
